A Living Philosophy Born from Observation, Relationship and Experience
A Way of Participating in Life
Pranic Permaculture™ is a way of participating in life.
It is an invitation to cultivate the Earth with wisdom, nurture ourselves with equal care, and contribute consciously to the regeneration of all life.
Life reveals itself through relationships.
Some are visible.
Some are subtle.
All deserve our attention.
Pranic Permaculture™ emerged through years of living, observing and working closely with nature. It brings together the practice of Pranic Healing, the principles of Permaculture, and a lifelong commitment to understanding how living systems thrive.
It does not present a new doctrine.
It shares an evolving way of seeing and participating in life.
Whether you are discovering these ideas for the first time or have spent years exploring them, you are warmly invited to observe, reflect and discover alongside us.
The Living Home of Pranic Permaculture
Pranic Permaculture™ emerged through lived experience at Moksha.eco.
Nestled in the Sahyadri hills of Maharashtra, India, Moksha.eco is the home of Pranic Permaculture™—a living forest landscape where observation, experience and reflection come together. It is here that we continue to explore the relationship between subtle energy, ecological design and the intelligence of living systems.
For more than two decades, this landscape has been our teacher. Every season, every challenge, every success and every setback has offered an opportunity to observe, reflect and learn.
Over time, these experiences revealed patterns and relationships that gradually shaped an evolving philosophy.
Rather than beginning with answers, we learned to begin with questions.
Rather than trying to control nature, we learned to understand it.
The philosophy continues to evolve because nature continues to teach.
What is Pranic Permaculture ?
Pranic Permaculture™ emerged through the meeting of two well-established disciplines—Pranic Healing and Permaculture—within the lived experience of Moksha.eco.
The first is Pranic Healing, a system that works with the understanding that life is sustained by Prana—often described as the universal life force or subtle energy that animates all living beings. Through observation and practical application, it explores how working with this subtle energy may support the health and vitality of living systems.
The second is Permaculture, a globally recognised design system that seeks to create sustainable and regenerative ways of living. By observing how healthy natural ecosystems function, it provides principles for designing homes, communities and landscapes that work in harmony with nature.
For more than two decades at Moksha.eco, our work has been shaped by both the practice of Pranic Healing and the principles of Permaculture. Over time, careful observation of the land, living systems and our own experiences revealed patterns and relationships that inspired a new line of inquiry.
From that continuing inquiry emerged an evolving philosophy that we now call Pranic Permaculture™.
Pranic is how we perceive life.
Permaculture is how we participate in life.
Pranic Permaculture™ is the conscious relationship between the two.
A Different Way of Looking at Life
Much of our modern world encourages us to focus on solving problems as they appear.
Pranic Permaculture™ invites us to begin somewhere else—by first understanding the relationships that give rise to them.
Every forest, every river, every landscape, every community and every individual exists within a web of relationships. Some are visible, while others are subtle. Together, they shape the vitality, resilience and harmony of living systems.
Instead of asking,
“How do we fix this?”
we often begin with a different question:
“What relationship is asking to be understood or restored?”
That simple shift changes the way we observe, the way we think and, ultimately, the way we act.
How We Practice
Pranic Permaculture™ is practised through two complementary dimensions that work together to support the regeneration of people, place and the living world.
The Energy Dimension
Our energy-based practice integrates Pranic Healing with a diverse range of contemplative, spiritual and subtle energy disciplines, including meditation, prayer, invocation, blessing, gratitude practices, sacred chanting, fire ceremonies, dowsing, Feng Shui and conscious intention. Together, these practices seek to cultivate a deeper, more harmonious relationship between people, place and the living world.
While every situation is unique, our work generally follows a natural progression of invocation, energetic assessment, purification, energising and gratitude, allowing us to engage consciously with the subtle energetic ecology of living systems.
The Land Dimension
Our land-based practice draws upon the principles of Permaculture and regenerative ecological design. We begin by observing rather than imposing, listening rather than directing, allowing each landscape to reveal its own intelligence.
From this understanding, we move through a process of observation, assessment, design, restoration, regeneration and long-term stewardship, supporting landscapes in ways that strengthen their resilience while honouring their unique character and natural patterns.
Together, these two dimensions form the foundation of Pranic Permaculture™, where subtle energy and ecological regeneration are practised as one integrated approach.
A Living Exploration
Life is constantly changing.
So is our understanding of it.
Every season, every landscape and every living relationship offers an opportunity to observe more deeply, understand more fully and participate more consciously.
Pranic Permaculture™ continues to grow through this journey of observation, practice and experience. Every insight enriches our understanding. Every challenge becomes a lesson. Every discovery opens the door to new possibilities.
Rather than seeking final answers, we seek a deeper relationship with the intelligence of living systems—learning from nature with humility, curiosity and gratitude.
As our understanding continues to evolve, so does our commitment to living in greater harmony with ourselves, with one another and with the natural world.
For us, Pranic Permaculture™ is not simply a philosophy.
It is a lifelong journey of learning, regeneration and wonder.
An Invitation
If you have ever felt that nature has something to teach us…
If you have ever sensed that life is more deeply interconnected than it first appears…
If you believe that regeneration begins with understanding rather than control…
Then you are already part of this conversation.
Pranic Permaculture™ is an invitation to see the world through the lens of relationship—to recognise that every thought, every action and every living system exists within a greater web of visible and subtle connections. Through this understanding, we discover more conscious ways of living, deeper ways of caring for ourselves and the Earth, and a more meaningful way of participating in the regeneration of life itself.
May this journey inspire you to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, with nature and with the subtle intelligence that weaves all life together.
Welcome to Pranic Permaculture™.
